I will not take my families vehicles anywhere else. My last visit was perfect as always. It feels good to be treated like family and see smiling faces every time. Olivia, Miquel, Jason and of course Hailee. It's the feeling of getting exceptional service. I feel special, even though I know everyone is given the same courtesy and professionalism while they are at the dealership.

Back in February, I shared my experience purchasing my vehicle from David B. at Scranton Toyota, and I just had my first service appointment, another 10/10 experience! What a genuinely pleasurable experience it was getting my car serviced here. I actually left the lot and immediately told three family members how happy I was with the whole process. From the easy pre-scheduling and organized drop-off line, to having a comfortable place to work with good Wi-Fi, being offered a coupon for the café, and, best of all, how QUICK the service was, everything was seamless. My advisor, Matt E., was also incredibly personable and made the experience even better. Historically, getting my car serviced elsewhere has been a nightmare: appointments not honored or lost, hours of waiting, bad Wi-Fi, and just an overall frustrating experience. I never thought I’d say this, but I’m actually not dreading my next service appointment. 😂 Thank you, Scranton Toyota!

Kacie took great care of us! Very happy with the service! Brought my Tundra and Prius in at the same time. Another technician was sick that day so Kacie was pulling double duty! She My showed concern and was a great communicator like we were the only people there. We got to sit in their very comfortable waiting area and got some complementary breakfast at the local coffee/breakfast bar they have in-house.

The service department was excellent. Comfortable waiting area complete with a cafe and comfortable chairs, places to charge your phone right near your seat, our service advisor Ed was polite, friendly and efficient. We also met with Mark for 20 minutes as he went over all of the features of our new car. We were in and out within 90 minutes.

Recently replaced 2016 4Runner with 2025 Tundra. My friend owned a very good garage which I used often. Over the years, there always were problems balancing tires i purchased from him. I sought help from my service advisor David at Toyota of Scranton and he explained they have proper equipment to balance correctly. He further worked with me to provide proper tires at competitive pricing. After dealing with Scranton and David for what Trucks and Cars cost these days its best to protect my investment by servicing with them. I find the price competitive, service expertise, and genuine Toyota parts in my best interest. While my service is taking place they provide a comfortable seating area with television, deli café, and great customer relations. Earned my business and confidence!
